Forward Mitch Achurch has been called into Brian McDermott's 19 man squad to face Warrington Wolves this Friday at Headingley Carnegie as the only change to the squad that travelled to Hull KR last Sunday.
Achurch replaces youngster Liam Sutcliffe in the provisional squad whilst Stevie Ward and Ben Jones-Bishop, who both missed out on selection at the KC Lightstream Stadium are also included.
Centre Kallum Watkins will make his 100th appearance for the club having made his debut in April 2008 whilst Kylie Leuluai will become the club's fifth longest serving overseas player in the overall appearances records as he surpasses Australian Keith McLennan in his 216th appearance for the club.
The Rhinos have lost their last two games against Warrington but since the arrival of former coach Tony Smith at the Wolves in 2009, they have just edged the head to head meetings with eight wins in the 15 encounters.

| Could be a good game. Wire got a hiding last week, they should be better than that, even with the players they've lost. They'll want to bounce back pretty quickly from that.

I would be happy with either Achurch or Ward been given a chance. But Ward is too good to not be in the squad, give him 15 mins this week. We've been without Ward long enough without waiting to dual reg him for match fitness.

| i'd expect ward back in. my assumption is that ward and sutcliffe are vying for the same spot, so sutcliffe missing out could be a sign ward is fit this week

| If runs similar to last week:
Aiton, Bails and Kylie provide plenty of beef off the bench so Ward could offer something a little different to what Achurch would bring.
Whether it's Ward/Achurch big strong bench either way.

| Even with Wire missing 1 or 2 forwards i still think it will be a tough physical game and not one i'd choose personally to bring Ward back for given the length of time he's been out.
If it were London for example then yea i'd hope to see Ward maybe get a run out in the next U19 game then maybe a dual reg match at least before bringing him back into a top 6 SL clash.
I'd go with..
Hardaker
Hall
Moon
Watkins
Briscoe
Sinfield
Mcguire
Singleton
Aiton
JP
Delaney
Ablett
Clarkson
Burrow
Kylie
Bailey
Achurch

Im not so sure.you have to expect a reaction from the wire after such a flat performance and I cant see you been that bad again on friday. And its also highly doubtful smith will go with Monaghan in the halves again which was a disaster.
I do think we will get the points in the end but it will be a much tighter affair than most think.I will say Leeds by 6.
