Ben is my sort of build for a back-rower.He his tall, rangy and once they start to fill out they are hard to tackle especially when they can off load the ball too.

Lots of players pick up longer term injuries when they are younger, I'm pleased the club stands by them it shows we care and helps to create better human beings. In the case of Gannon, it's disappointing that after the club took the decision to prioritise his health over their prospective gain, that he has returned the favour by leaving at the first opportunity.
We have other kids coming through, we should now focus on them and develop them and if that means Gannon gets less game time as a result for the rest of this season then so be it. He has looked out for himself, the club has to look out for itself too.
Totally agree with what you say on supporting players, particularly younger players, though injury. It pays off in the long term and it's just the right thing to do. On Gannon - I think he's better (most talented) second rower, and he'd play every week for me. As a club we have to give ourselves the best chance of winning something this year, and he makes us better.
